Transparency commitment
1. Definitions
"The Service" refers to all services offered by Sell My Stamps: free photo-based appraisal, immediate collection buyout, and consignment sales. "The User" refers to any person accessing the site or requesting our services. "The Expert" refers to Ilan Dzialowski, stamp dealer and philatelic expert.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Using this site or submitting an appraisal request constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Our Expertise Services
All initial photo-based estimates are free and provided for indicative purposes only. They do not constitute a contractual offer. A definitive estimate can only be confirmed after physical examination of the pieces by the Expert. Sell My Stamps reserves the right to refuse any appraisal request without justification.

4. Immediate Buyout
The buyout offer is established based on the current market value of the pieces, after physical examination. Once the offer is accepted in writing and payment is made, the transaction is final and irrevocable. Payment is made by secure bank transfer within 48 business hours following receipt and verification of the collection.
5. Consignment Service
Items placed in consignment are subject to a written contract signed by both parties, specifying the duration (3, 6, or 12 months), the reserve price, and the agreed commission (15 to 25% on completed sales, after deduction of platform fees). Your stamps are insured at their estimated value throughout the consignment period. At the end of the contract, unsold items are returned to you free of charge or purchased directly, at your choice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (texts, images, logo, design) is the exclusive property of Sell My Stamps and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Estimates provided by Sell My Stamps are based on the Expert's experience and philatelic market conditions at the time of evaluation. They do not constitute a value guarantee. Sell My Stamps cannot be held liable for market fluctuations occurring after the estimate. Our maximum liability is limited to the contractually agreed estimated value.
8. Cookies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for its proper functioning. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used without your explicit consent. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, which may affect certain site features.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For users residing in the European Union, the mandatory rights under European consumer law remain applicable.
10. Modifications to Terms
Sell My Stamps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on this site. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
